Après le blanc, voici le rouge : la cuvée Skhistos II vinifiée et élevée 9 mois ds 1 jarre en grès de 1000 litres de forme ovoïde (Ovo). Une vinification originale qui exalte dans ce vin l'expression du terroir de schistes d'altitude, la finesse, la minéralité, l'élégance et la gourmandise du fruit du cépage carignan très mûr, majoritaire dans cet assemblage. Le grenache et la syrah viennent apporter des notes d'épices douces, de café torréfié. A savourer..... Vin Certifié Biologique.
