Pour cet assemblage à majorité carignan blanc, un «vieux» cépage du Languedoc, nous avons expérimenté la vinification et l' élevage pendant 6 mois, dans une jarre en grès de 500 litres. Cette vinification originale a permis d'exalter l'expression de la typicité, la fraîcheur, la minéralité , et la texture ronde et soyeuse qui enrobe la belle vivacité de ce vin. Découvrez notre blanc Skhistos, expression de notre terroir de schistes d'altitude.
