Nous cultivons, dans le respect de notre environnement, nos vignes en coteaux de schiste, vendangeons à la main, et apportons tous nos soins à la vinification de nos vins typés. Ce vin est issue de vignes situées entre 300 et 400 mètres d'altitude. Ce vin riche et fin, auquel la syrah apporte des notes de grillé, le grenache des épices douces, allie le croquant du raisin et la finesse du bois. Il présente un bon potentiel de garde. Sélectionné Vins Virtuoses Saint Chinian 2022.
