We are Magali and Guilhem Quartironi, brother and sister third generation of winemakers.

We run our 13 ha organic estate in the quiet ancient Le Priou hamlet perched high

on the hills surrounding St Chinian, Southern France.

Sheltered in their protective nest at the top of Le Priou hill, our vines grow on a sunny

schist terroir and produce the most elegant concentrated wines.

We harvest by hand and take good care of each step of the vinification with indigenous yeasts.

Our handcrafted white, rosé and red organic wines are produced in accordance to the high quality

specifications of the Saint Chinian AOP.

We use both traditional and modern methods of vine cultivation and wine making.

Although our methods are constantly evolving, we make sure our wines faithfully reflect

our very special “schist” terroir.
